The Light Awakener is operated by Norbert Seres and Sharee Seres, independent wellness practitioners based in Pensacola, Florida. These Terms govern your use of our website at thelightawakener.com and all services offered through it.
Norbert offers private one-on-one facilitation sessions involving guided breathwork, focused awareness, and clarity work. Sessions are available in person (at your location or a mutually agreed private space) or by video from anywhere. Session packages include Begin (single session), The Practice (5 sessions), and The Commitment (12 sessions).

His sessions are educational and facilitative in nature and do not constitute therapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice. They are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Sharee Seres is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist (License #MA103835) offering mobile massage and bodywork services exclusively at the client's home or agreed location in the Pensacola area, including Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Pace, Milton, and Perdido Key.
Services include: Swedish and relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, Reiki energy sessions, and somatic and myofascial release.
Important disclaimer: Massage and bodywork services are provided for relaxation, wellness, and general wellbeing purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Please inform Sharee of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications, or areas of concern before your session begins.
If you arrive late for an in-person session or join a video session late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients and practitioners. No partial refunds or extensions are provided for late arrivals.
For mobile massage: if Sharee has already arrived and set up at your location and you are not present or not ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session forfeits without refund.
For in-home mobile massage sessions, you agree to:
Sharee reserves the right to decline, modify, or end a session without refund if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if behavior is inappropriate (see Conduct section below).
For video sessions, you agree to:
Technical failures on your end do not entitle you to a refund or reschedule. Technical failures on Norbert's end will be handled with a reschedule at no cost to you.
Participation in all services is entirely voluntary. You are responsible for communicating any health conditions, injuries, medications, mental health considerations, or contraindications to your practitioner before the session begins.
Either practitioner may decline, modify, or stop a session at any time if they reasonably believe continuing is not safe or appropriate. In such cases, a prorated credit may be offered at the practitioner's sole discretion — no cash refunds are guaranteed.
You assume full voluntary responsibility for your participation in all services.

Any of the above will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and may result in being permanently declined as a client.
All content on this website — including text, design, images, session names, and brand elements — is the property of The Light Awakener. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any content without prior written permission.
Session content, guided processes, and materials shared during sessions are proprietary. You may not record sessions without explicit written consent from the practitioner.
By submitting a written testimonial or review, you grant The Light Awakener a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for marketing purposes on this website and associated platforms. We will not use your full name without your permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Light Awakener, Norbert Seres, and Sharee Seres shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
By booking or participating in any service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with wellness and bodywork services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Light Awakener, Norbert Seres, and Sharee Seres from any claims, damages, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to disclose relevant health information prior to receiving services.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] — most issues can be resolved with a direct conversation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Escambia County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties mutually agree otherwise.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes affecting existing bookings, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Light Awakener regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.
